An antique Royal Crown Derby 23 piece tea set for 6 pattern number 5651. Cobalt blue with a lighter blue transfer pattern on all pieces and raised hand finished gilding. The set contains the following. 6 x coffee cups 5cm high x 8.2cm rim diameter (mainly 1902 date mark). 6 x saucers 13.7cm in diameter (mainly the earlier date of 1902). 6 x tea plates 17.5cm in diameter (mainly the earlier date of 1902). 2 x cake plates 23.2 cm wide (including handles) (1902 date mark). 1 x oval sandwich plate - 28cm x 23.2cm (1902 date mark).

1 x cream jug/ creamer 9.9cm high at the lip (1909 date mark). 1 x slop bowl 7cm high x 12.5cm rim diameter (date mark unclear).

The set is in good condition with some surface wear/ scratches from utensils to the plates and saucers. Varying amounts of gilt wear on the cups, plates and saucers. Minimal wear to the gilding on the jugs and bowls. The cake and oval sandwich plates have small surface scratches. The gilt / gilding, is in very good condition, with very minimal wear.
