VINTAGE 44 Piece A1 Silver Plate CUTLERY CANTEEN - Made in Sheffield - 1980s. Here we have for sale a lovely vintage 44 piece silver plate cutlery canteen that was made in Sheffield and dates from the 1980s. This set comes in a lovely wood effect canteen case.
The silver plated cutlery is in the ever-popular King's Pattern. It is complete for 6 place settings and comprises 44 pieces in total, grouped as follows. 6 x Dinner Forks (Length: 20cm). 6 x Dinner Knives (Length: 24cm). 6 x Dessert Forks (Length: 18cm).
6 x Dessert Knives (Length: 21.5cm). 6 x Soup Spoons (Length: 17.5cm). 6 x Dessert Spoons (Length: 18cm).
6 x Teaspoons (Length: 13cm). 2 x Serving Spoons (Length: 22cm).1 x Canteen Case - 38cm x 28.5cm x 7cm. Weight of set incl case: approximately 5kg. The knives are stainless steel with silver plated handles.
The remaining pieces are all silver plated. The cutlery polishes beautifully as pictured.
The King's Pattern cutlery is in excellent condition for its age and appears only lightly used with just a few marks and blemishes here and there. The case's exterior is in excellent vintage condition. The case's hinges are in full working order.
